Privacy Policy

How EU Trip handles the information you share with us. Last updated: 6 November 2026.

Information we collect

Our visa enquiry form collects your destination, UK city, telephone country code, telephone number and privacy consent. Our contact form collects your name, email address, message and consent. We also record the submission date and page source. Please do not provide passport copies or financial or medical information through these forms.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, contact you about requested assistance and maintain a record of that enquiry. We rely on your consent to contact you and, where appropriate, steps you request before entering a service agreement. We do not use enquiry consent as consent for unrelated marketing.

Storage and sharing

Enquiries are stored in EU Trips’ connected lead-management database on the Hostinger platform. Hosting and technical service providers process data to operate this website. We do not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed if required by law. Any international processing must be subject to applicable data protection safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry and meet relevant legal obligations. Access to enquiries is restricted; no submitted contact information is publicly readable. No online transmission or storage method is entirely risk-free.

Your rights

Under applicable UK data protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Use the contact form to submit a privacy request without including sensitive identification documents. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and changes

See our Cookie Policy for optional tracking choices. We may update this policy; the date above identifies the current version.
