Independent assistance

EU Trips is a UK-based independent Schengen visa assistance service for UK residents. We are not an embassy, consulate, government organisation or official visa centre, and do not claim official affiliation.

Scope of assistance

We offer application guidance, appointment assistance, document preparation guidance, itinerary assistance, hotel reservation assistance and travel insurance guidance. Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid service agreement. Any service scope, assistance fee, payment terms and cancellation rights will be explained and agreed separately before work begins.

Decisions and appointments

Only the relevant authorities decide visa applications. We cannot guarantee approval, processing speed or appointment availability. Appointment providers control their own availability and charges. Our guidance does not replace official instructions or regulated immigration advice where required.

Your responsibilities

Provide truthful, accurate information and genuine supporting documents. Check official requirements for your nationality, residence and destination. You remain responsible for your application, attending appointments and travel arrangements. Do not make non-refundable travel commitments solely on the expectation of approval.

Fees and cancellation

Official visa fees, visa-centre charges, insurance and travel costs are separate from EU Trips assistance fees unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No fee is charged simply for sending an enquiry. Before purchasing assistance, you will receive the applicable cancellation and refund terms, including any statutory rights.

Website information and liability

Information is general guidance and may change. Confirm current rules with the relevant authority. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your statutory consumer rights.
